1. Tell us about your plans
   Share your preferred dates, interests and travel preferences. We will suggest an initial itinerary outline and an approximate price, so you can decide whether you would like to take the next step.
2. Develop your personalised itinerary
   If you would like us to develop a detailed tailor-made proposal, a €250 custom-planning fee applies. We will explain the fee and ask for your agreement before starting this work. It covers route design, suggested accommodation and logistics planning. Accommodation and services remain subject to availability until your booking is confirmed.
3. Fine-tune your holiday
   We work with you to refine the itinerary, accommodation and services, and provide your personalised offer.
4. Proceed with your booking
   When you are ready, submit your booking request. We will check availability and guide you through the payment and confirmation steps. Your booking becomes binding once we have received the required deposit or full payment and issued written booking confirmation.

Your initial enquiry is free and non-binding. If you proceed with detailed itinerary planning, the €250 planning fee is deducted from the final tour price when you book. If you do not book, it is non-refundable once itinerary design has begun, except where applicable law requires a refund.
